Who we are. SeenScan is operated by Yashpal Sharma, sole proprietor, trading as SeenScan, based in Kolhapur, Maharashtra, India, who is the data controller for the personal data described below.

What we collect. Your account email and authentication data; the brand name, competitors, and tracking prompts you submit; usage data (which features you use, run history); and billing status (plan, trial, renewal dates) — we never see your card details, which go directly to our payment provider.

Third parties we share data with. Supabase (database, authentication, hosting of your account data), Vercel (application hosting and infrastructure), OpenAI and Google Gemini (the AI engines we query with your tracking prompts to generate results), Resend (delivering your weekly email report), and Dodo Payments, which is our merchant of record for billing (card details go to them directly and never touch our servers). Each processes data only as needed to provide their part of the service.

Data retention & deletion. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data (brands, prompts, run history) from Settings — a real, immediate deletion, not a soft-disable. If you have a subscription that is still billing, cancel it first: deleting your account does not stop the payment provider from charging you.

Your rights. You can access, export, or delete your data at any time via the dashboard, or by contacting us below.
