Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, and go back to the card you paid with. Your bank usually posts it within a few business days.

Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial — cancel any time before the trial ends from your billing portal and you will not be charged anything.

You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from the billing portal, reachable under Plan & billing in your account settings. Cancelling stops all future charges immediately; your plan stays active for the rest of the period you have already paid for, and nothing is billed after that.

Cancelling does not delete your account or your data — your brands, questions and results stay where they are. Once the subscription is cancelled you can delete the account and everything in it from Settings, separately and permanently.
