Terms of Service

SeenScan (“we”, “us”) is a software service operated by Yashpal Sharma, sole proprietor, trading as SeenScan, based in Kolhapur, Maharashtra, India. The service tracks whether your brand is mentioned when shoppers ask AI engines (such as ChatGPT and Gemini) product-related questions, and reports on how you’re described relative to competitors. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Subscriptions & billing. Paid plans include a 7-day free trial that requires a payment card on file. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the card is automatically charged when the trial ends, in US dollars, at the monthly price listed for your plan on our pricing page; billing then renews automatically each month at that price until you cancel. All payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as merchant of record — the legal seller for your purchase — and handles billing, applicable taxes, and payment disputes. You can cancel anytime from your account’s billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable use. Don’t use the service to submit unlawful, abusive, or infringing content as prompts or brand data, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or exceed the usage limits of your plan through automated abuse.

Account termination & your data. You may delete your account from Settings, which permanently removes your brand, prompt, and tracking data. If you have a subscription that is still billing, cancel it first: deleting your account here does not stop the payment provider from charging you, so we ask for that order. Cancelling a subscription does not delete your account: your data is retained so you can pick up where you left off, until you delete the account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer & liability. The service reports on third-party AI engines’ outputs, which we don’t control and which can be inaccurate or change without notice — results are provided for informational purposes and come with no guarantee of accuracy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
